Refund Policy
1. Digital goods
Everything sold is a digital novelty product (dashboard access, a PDF certificate, or an auction placement). Access is granted immediately after payment.
2. One-time tiers ($1 / $2)
Because access is delivered instantly, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been used. If something went technically wrong (e.g. you never received access), contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right or refund you.
3. Subscriptions ($10/mo, $80/yr)
- Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the current period.
- We don’t auto-refund unused time, but if you were charged in error or never used the renewal, contact us and we’ll review it fairly.
4. Auction bids
Auction bids (“The Dumbest Person on the Planet”, from $100) are generally final once placed, as they immediately affect the public standings. If a bid is voided by us for policy reasons, the corresponding payment is refunded.
5. How to request a refund
Contact support from your registered email with your approximate purchase date and tier. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law.
